We designed AutoSanctions to be inherently privacy-preserving. We do not use user accounts, we do not require email addresses or passwords, and we do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

2. Data We Collect and Store

When you interact with our API, we collect and store the following operational data:

• Transaction Hashes: We record Web3 transaction hashes (e.g., on the Base network) in our database to prevent double-spending and replay attacks.
• Search Queries: We may log the raw entity names or search strings passed to our API for operational monitoring and debugging.
• Server Logs: Like most web services, our infrastructure (Vercel) automatically logs standard request data, such as IP addresses, timestamps, and user agents, strictly for security and rate-limiting purposes.

3. How We Use the Data

The collected data is used exclusively to securely operate the Service, prevent API abuse (such as DDoS attacks or payment fraud), and diagnose technical issues. We do not sell your search queries or operational data to third parties.

4. Blockchain Visibility

Please note that payments to the Service occur on a public blockchain (Base). Transaction details, including sender wallet addresses, amounts, and timestamps, are public by default and not controlled by SB Digital. We recommend practicing standard operational security when interacting with public ledgers.
