By accessing or using the AutoSanctions API and website (the "Service"), operated by SB Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
AutoSanctions acts strictly as a data courier. We query, retrieve, and relay publicly available government sanctions data (such as the US Treasury OFAC SDN List) upon receiving a verified Web3 payment. We do not interpret, score, adjudicate, or modify the underlying data.
Access to the API requires an upfront payment in USDC on the Base network per query. Once a transaction hash is submitted and successfully verified by the Service, the hash is consumed and cannot be reused. Payments are non-refundable regardless of the query result (including "No Match Found").
The Service does not provide legal clearance, flight clearance, maritime clearance, KYC/AML sign-off, or compliance advice. You, the consuming agent operator, assume 100% of all legal, operational, and execution risks. A result indicating "No match found" is not evidence of safety due to potential aliases, transliterations, ownership structures, and government publication latency.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SB Digital and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
